Henry is the best!!! He is a one stop shop, and an absolute miracle worker. From the moment I gave him my keys, he took care of everything -- minor repairs, staging, photographing, listing, and most importantly SELLING. He marketed my loft incredibly and even got it listed as "Loft of the Week" on BlogTO. My only regret is that we couldn't work together longer! (Because he managed to close a sale in one week!)
